Those who are feeling unwell may not enter the property;
Anyone who has been self-isolating or has been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days may not enter the property.
If an attendee feels unwell within 14 days of attending an open home/ viewing, please contact our salespeople.
People at high risk of severe illness (older people and those with existing medical conditions or immunocompromised) are encouraged to stay at home and not attend open homes.
The number of people in the home at one time will be limited to ensure physical distancing can be maintained at all times (2metres minimum between different bubbles).
The listing salesperson will stagger access to the property and we ask all attendees to wait outside the property until prior attendees leave to maintain physical distancing at all times (2metres minimum between different bubbles).
We ask that all attendees keep the viewing as contactless as possible – please refrain from touching anything within the home. Our salespeople will open any doors/cupboards as appropriate before the open home/private viewing to minimise risk of surface transmission.
All attendees must register with our salespeople to assist with contact tracing. Names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses will be required.
A QR code will be available at the front of the property for contact tracing purposes.
All attendees must wear a mask.
We ask that children do not attend open homes.
We ask that everyone remove shoes prior to entry of the property.
There will not be property flyers available at the open home, however information can be emailed to you upon request.
