Neville started his real estate career back in 1984 and has enjoyed a great deal of success, not only matching people with property, but on a personal level creating clients for life who he is now proud to call friends.
His career as a stock agent, along with ownership of a dairy and dry stock property, has prepared him to market and negotiate lifestyle and rural blocks with authority and understanding. Since embarking on selling residential homes Neville has a clear understanding of what is needed to achieve a premium result for his vendors. He has a sound knowledge of the New Plymouth and Bell Block market and likes to keep up to date with market activity.
This was emphasised for Neville when he transitioned from real estate into owning a retail business in retail in New Plymouth. This chapter in his career taught him that customer service is paramount and creating great customer experiences are key to repeat business which is the backbone of his business today. Returning to real estate was a natural progression for Neville as he enjoys guiding vendors through the process of preparing their home for sale and equally values finding that perfect home for his purchasers.
Having built five brand new homes for himself and his wife, Neville has a keen appreciation for architecture and design. Outside of Real Estate he loves his rugby, sea kayaking and caravanning.
